The goal is to play 9 holes with just a single club, in my case, a 6 iron.
It makes the game both harder and “easier”.
You’re forced to play within yourself and plan each hole based on how far you can hit, not how far you want to or wish you could.
Now you’re probably thinking, “Oh no, not another ‘what this scenario taught me about B2B sales’ post.” Well, we’re here now, no point turning back.
But sustainable growth is no different.
We all have big ideas about growth and success, but mapping a sustainable path to get there matters.
It might mean smaller, more deliberate increments along the way, but it also lowers the risk of that big, ambitious sending your best laid plans into the water.
